AMB Pottery bowl modelled as a flying fox

This AMB pottery bowl features the modelled head of a flying fox protruding from the rim with the remainder of the rim represented as its wings. Below the flying fox are leaves and fruit which have been incised into the body. To the rear is, what appears to be, an applied worm or perhaps a tail. The bowl stands 90 mm high and has a diameter of 146 mm. It is in very good condition but there is a small firing crack to the rim. The painted AMB mark is under the final glaze. It would date from around 1950.
