At Bazaa, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all furniture and decor items. If a piece doesn't quite fit your space, we are committed to making the return or exchange process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Bazaa account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original shipping boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email, then securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location; once our team inspects the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
