Ricardo Lynn & Co. teak eight seat dining table setting including two captains chairs. Ricardo Lynn & Co. is a prominent high-end furniture manufacturer based in Taiwan, known for its exceptional Mid-Century Modern and Chinoiserie-style pieces.
The rectangular table top features a sunburst design and comes with two centre leaves extending the table from a six person (1130 mm x 1700 mm) to an eight person setting (2520 mm long with leaves - two x 410 mm pieces). The table and chairs feature distinctive carving and the chairs have sculptural splats.
The table top has only recently become water stained and the leaves are mostly unused. The table top and one end has some sun bleaching but there is no major damage except for a chip at one corner. All chairs have been recovered at some stage and there are stains on one of the chairs. With some restoration the table can be brought back to its beautiful original state.
