These chairs are ebonised and feature that lovely original glossy black lacquer. They have been ornately carved to the back and the legs are turned and reeded.
These likely hailed from England and were shipped out with George Lansell’s belongings when he settled in Bendigo. A wonderful provenance and important to our Goldfields region.
