
French giltwood pointed mirror c.1860
Introducing a lovely giltwood mirror originating from France circa 1860.
This mirror is ornately carved and has been gilt, showing a beautiful original patina. The decorative rococco scrolls come to a point at the top, and at the bottom the mirror rests on two feet. It can either be leant against a wall or hung, as it has a sturdy hanging wire.
The glass is original and in cushion style. It could easily be replaced if the lucky buyer prefers less patina on the glass.
