Fratelli Toso Murano glass Tutti Frutti comport Latticino and Zanfirico
This is an amazing centrepiece pedestal bowl from Murano, Italy. The design and style of the glass is typical of the beautiful craftsmanship from the Salviati workshops. It's profusely decorated with multiple Zanfirico and Latticino in pink, blue and white strands of glass with many highlights of gold aventurine flecks.
There are no maker's markings on the glass. There's a large, polished pontil on the bottom. The vase portion is hollow to the bottom, and the bowl portion would be called a low bowl.
Overall height is 11.5cm by 31cm wide. Excellent condition with no damage.
