Flambé Glaze Ceramic Lamp, Circa 1970s

A well refined piece with oxblood, cobalt and jade glaze cascading over its sculptural Meiping form.

Circa late 1970s, acquired from original owner whom brought it over with her from China as just a vase.

Now mounted securely on a dark timber base and professionally converted this piece is elegant, bold, and highly versatile.
