A fascinating medical light full of utilitarian charm from 1970s Czechoslovakia. Fully adjustable, the light can rotate and ascend along the chrome stand, as well as swivel and focus up or down where the light meets the arm. Made by FAX, most likely a state-run company that made a suite of industrial lighting in the 60s & 70s. The shade and lens are made of plastic, whereas the arm and pole are metal. A unique piece that works in a variety of setting, either as a standard lamp for the home or as a more function focused piece in a work setting.

Condition

We've re-wired the lamp and brought it back to its compelling best. The only variation is that the original dimmer function has been bypassed.
