Antique French 19th century adjustab;e Brass Standard Lamp / Floor Lamp.
This is a very goodpractical and highlybdecorative genuine antique French later 1800s adjustable height Standard Lamp also referred to as a Floor Lamp.
Originally it would have been a kerosene lamp however now has had the burner replaced with a brass bulb holder. All components of the original Lamp are made of solid brass and some original gilding remains.
Condition: Very good - only requiring easy polishing to taste and simple wiring for safety.
Size: Height to top of bulb holder at reduced height - 127cm. Height to the top of bulb holder when raised - 180cm.
