Antique English Victorian Tunbridge Wear micro mosaic Jewellery Box
This is a beautiful genuine antique English 19th Century Victorian Period example of a supurbly parquetry inlaid Micro Mosaic scene CARD BOX from Tunbridge Wells known as Tunbridge ware.
The box is of rectangular form with a brass hinged lid. The interior and its compartments are lined in a blue fabric while the top and sides externally are exquisitely inlaid only interrupted by Ebonised separations.
The condition is excellent.
