Antique !9th century French III Republic giltwood Qvermantle Mirror.
This is an excellent quality example of a genuine Antique 19th century French early III Republic ( Troisieme Republic ) gilt wood Over mantle Mirror.
The Mirror is of upright rectangular shape and is water gilt over fine gesso on a timber frame which is embellished with fine foliate scroll work.
Condition: Excellent. The water gilt on gesso timber frame is all original as is the mercury silvered mirror plate glass.
Size: Height 160cm x Width 128cm.
